The noble Lord, Lord Carrington, made a point about certainty in planning. The main SFI offer will remain stable from now until the end of the Parliament, meaning that it will no longer be subject to the major annual changes that have been taking place since SFI began in 2022. We may need to make some small adjustments if necessary. For example, if we have put something in place and it is not attractive, so nobody is taking it up, then we will need to look at how to adapt it. Apart from that sort of situation, however, we plan to keep it stable.
