Common land was also mentioned. Noble Lords are aware—we have discussed this previously at Question Time—that common land was not included in the SFI offer that came out. It is a particular issue for Cumbria, where I live, where we have more common land than anywhere else. This has been discussed, and the RPA is now looking at how common land could be brought into SFI payments.
