It is well known that I tabled 111 amendments to the Bill, including one that I withdrew and six clause stand part notices. A third of those were just on Wales, on which I think we had a good debate. I was particularly grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Smith of Llanfaes, and the noble and learned Lord, Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, when we discussed a key devolution issue in that regard. Other issues came up and were scrutinised, and we were starting to get answers on how this might work. There were other amendments on things such as face-to-face discussions. As it stands today, without amendment, the Bill allows very little to be done face to face. A lot could be online or on the phone, or by people abroad.
