222A: After Clause 63, insert the following new Clause— “Funding for buying assets of community valueThe Secretary of State may, in conjunction with the National Lottery or otherwise, make funds available for the purchase of assets of community value.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment is proposed in order to ensure that there is a dedicated source or sources of funding, to enable this part of the Bill to function well.
