For each reporting period, which is a period of a year beginning with January of this year and then each subsequent year, the noble Baroness, Lady Pidgeon, wants a report to be produced. In his response to the previous amendment, the noble Earl, Lord Russell, said that was completely impractical because nothing much would have happened straightaway, we are at a very early stage and it would be very difficult for the Government to do what my noble friend Lord Moylan asked. But, just a few moments later, his colleague on the Front Bench is suggesting that every year, starting from this year—to which I would have thought all the same arguments applied—the Government must produce this report.
