Not only that but there is a requirement that is even tougher than what my noble friend Lord Moylan suggested in his amendment: that report must be produced within six months of the end of each reporting period, so it gives the Government quite a tight timeline to gather all this information, most of which they do not already have, from a range of providers, including companies based overseas, and then to produce a report.
