I would like to support the noble Baroness’s amendment, because I am generally in favour of transparency, but I am so deflated by the negativity generated by her colleague, the noble Earl, Lord Russell, that I am not entirely sure that I would have the strength or vigour to go through the Lobbies in support of her were she to divide.
