It then says that it may be for this, it may be for that. I want to get a sense of what it is anticipated that the independent advocate will do. Last week I put forward that an independent advocate should be face to face with the person they are supposed to be representing. I will not go over that again, but I want to know what we can expect in more detail, candidly, than we are seeing in the Bill.
