508: Clause 199, page 229, line 29, at end insert— “(c) regulations under paragraph 10(6) of Schedule (CCE prevention orders: Northern Ireland).”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment provides that the new power of the Department of Justice to amend the list of prevention orders in paragraph 10 of the new Schedule about CCE prevention orders in Northern Ireland (inserted after Schedule 5) is subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
