In conclusion, it is simply about taking the opportunities of these human-led technologies to enable the experience of the event, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the planning and the delivery of these events, to make them more secure and safer, and to make sure that when the flame goes out at the end of the event and the athletes, players and the media go to Heathrow or other airports and departure points, everybody has had an inclusive, safe and secure experience, powered through human-led technology.
