I turn to our amendments to strengthen the new company donations framework in clause 60. After carefully considering calls from stakeholders and experts in this field, most recently echoed by the Rycroft review, the Government have agreed to introduce a profit-based test for corporate donations. I commend the work of my hon. Friend the Member for Earley and Woodley (Yuan Yang) and others in this House for their efforts on the subject.
