We have also tabled a set of amendments to clarify how the aggregation provisions work where connected transactions are involved. The Bill already prevents a company or LLP from exceeding the amount that its financial position justifies by splitting support across multiple donations. The amendments ensure that the same principles apply where the support is provided through a combination of donations, loans or connected transactions.
