(16) In Schedule 6 to the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (minor and consequential amendments), in paragraphs 15 and 16 (amendments of sections 58(1)(a) and 62(9) of PPERA 2000), for the words from “for “section” to the end substitute “after “(a)” insert “, (aa)””.
