New Clauses NC72 and NC116 and clause 60 (and the associated Schedules) impose prohibitions and restrictions on donations to, and transactions involving, registered political parties. This new Clause would confer power on the Secretary of State to impose equivalent or similar prohibitions and restrictions on other political donations, transactions and gifts.
