Clause 7 prohibits the disclosure by electoral registration officers of registration information relating to under 16s. That is subject to exceptions (see clause 8). This amendment and amendment 139 would remove changes conferring power on Scottish and Welsh Ministers to modify the exception for information held on combined parliamentary and local government registers (see clauses 9 and 10).
