(4) Sub-paragraphs (2)(c) and (3)(c) apply in the case of a registrable person who has an anonymous entry in an electoral register as if they provided instead for the quarterly report to state that the registered party has seen evidence of such description as is prescribed by the Secretary of State in regulations that the registrable person has an anonymous entry in an electoral register.
