(iv) the relevant overseas transaction was first entered into on or after 6 July 2026 or that transaction was first entered into before that date but first becomes a regulated transaction of a kind listed in paragraph 4(2)(a) or (c) of Schedule 5A to PPERA 2000 on or after that date by virtue of its value increasing to more than £500.
