(7) The declaration must also state that, to the best of the individual’s knowledge and belief, the aggregate amount of the main transaction and the individual’s relevant previous contributions in relation to the main transaction and the declaration event (determined in accordance with section 71HC and Schedule 5A) is not more than £100,000.
