(3) Section 71I(4) of PPERA 2000 (application by Electoral Commission for court order) has effect as if it referred to a case in which money is not (for whatever reason) repaid as mentioned in subsection (3)(a) of that section before the end of the period of 60 days beginning with the commencement day.
