(c) the donee enters into a transaction of a description mentioned in paragraph 2(3)(a) of Schedule 7A with another person and that other person enters into a controlled transaction of a description mentioned in paragraph 2(3)(b) of that Schedule (a “connected transaction”) with P as an authorised participant.
