The 13 boards are each represented on a regulated national board, which has financial authority, delegated from the MoD through its chief executive, to deliver five principal service level agreements with the MoD, the Royal Navy, the Army, the Royal Air Force and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. This is scrutinised by a sponsor board comprising the MoD’s Reserve Forces and cadets branch, the service level agreements holders, the chair of the RFCA board, MoD financial teams and others as required.
