A number of the amendments we will discuss in other groups relate to this part of the Bill. These amendments seek to include in the Bill details that will be set out in secondary legislation. To repeat what I said earlier, in that spirit, I want to make it clear at the outset that I am happy to share a copy of the draft regulations with your Lordships’ House ahead of Report. The Ministry of Defence has already shared these draft regulations with a number of bodies, such as some of the RFCAs, and I hope this will assist noble Lords in scrutinising the practical effects of these measures and provide further reassurance on how the provisions are intended to operate in practice.
