All of the amendments in this group are trying to solve a problem of which this country should be ashamed. Once again, the USA has been shown to ride roughshod over our judicial system relating to offences on British soil against British citizens, and our own processes have failed as our police forces allowed these cases to be removed to a US military judicial system that has clearly failed the many victims of rape and sexual assault. I beg to move.
