Parvais Jabbar, MBE, having been created Baron Jabbar, of Little Venice in the City of Westminster, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Baroness Kennedy of The Shaws and Lord Hermer, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
