Marcus John Davey, CBE, having been created Baron Davey of Chalk Farm, of Chalk Farm in the London Borough of Camden, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Baroness McIntosh of Hudnall and Baroness Rebuck, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
