The right honourable Brian Henry Leveson, Knight, having been created Baron Leveson of Liverpool, of Liverpool in the County of Merseyside, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers and Lord Burnett of Maldon, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
