This was put in to ensure that there is full ministerial accountability. Why then is it being taken out? If it was put in to ensure that there is full accountability, including by a Minister to Parliament made to the joint committee, then for confidence that there is full accountability it should have remained. Can the Minister also outline here or in writing the complete list of EU laws that we are now subject to, as many of them have been quietly slipped in and applied by means of dynamic alignment without Northern Ireland or its representatives knowing anything about it?
