I conclude by reiterating that these regulations are an enabling measure. They represent an important step towards delivering the Government’s commitment to support heat batteries through the boiler upgrade scheme and support the effective administration of the scheme. I welcome our engagement and look forward to a robust debate about these schemes; it is quite proper to have one.
