For the reasons that I have mentioned, we consider the noble and learned Lord’s Amendments 3, 4 and 26 to be unnecessary, but I hope that he has noted the commitment that I have made to consider the proposal of Amendment 26. I am happy to discuss the other points, but at this stage I invite him to withdraw his amendment.
