Even if the Minister feels that he cannot incorporate these amendments in Committee for technical reasons, I hope that he will stay engaged with the noble Lord, Lord Wills, the noble Baroness, Lady Brinton, and others who care about these questions, so that we can get this firmly put right in the Bill.
