Public Office (Accountability) BillContribution
I doubt that is the intention of Ministers, who would want to continue to have political debate and potentially be misleading. There are other examples. When Ministers put something in a Bill they cannot be challenged: it is their view and opinion, and they do not have to release any legal information. The only way to challenge it is to refer the individual Minister, as a Member of this House, to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.
