I know that Cindy Butts believes that the Bill presents an opportunity to get this right for victims, survivors and bereaved families. That is something with which I entirely concur. I hope that, even though the Bill does not give us an opportunity to make those things happen—as the noble Baroness, Lady Hamwee, said, we do not have the right to will the means; nevertheless we can express our views—the Minister can take those views back to his colleagues in the Treasury.
