28: After Clause 7, insert the following new Clause— “Police records: Public Records Act 1958Within 12 months of the day on which this Act is passed, the Secretary of State must lay before Parliament draft legislation proposing how, for the purposes of compliance with this Act, records of police conduct in England and Wales can be brought under the supervision of the Keeper of Public Records, including by amending the Public Records Act 1958.”
