In summary, I wholeheartedly agree that accessibility is most effective when it is developed with disabled people, not somehow done to them. That is why we have implemented a number of measures to involve disabled people in running the railway. I hope the noble Baroness is reassured by these actions and will feel able not to press her amendments.
