On Amendment 336, I can confirm that the public sector equality duty will apply to all GBR companies and subsidiaries whenever they are carrying out their public and railway functions. I am rather shocked to hear the noble Lord, Lord Moylan, say that his own party’s policy might be to abolish it but, in the meantime, this Government are respecting it, and what I have just said is the consequence of that.
