To sum up, I have listened carefully to the points raised by noble Lords and, of course, I listened very carefully to the noble Baroness, with her eloquent but very disturbing descriptions of people’s practical experience on the railway. They have rightly highlighted areas where the current system does not deliver the experience that disabled passengers deserve. The creation of GBR is an important opportunity to address those challenges and improve accessibility across the network.
