Finally, Government amendments 42 to 44 to schedule 3 replace three mentions of the “Chancellor of the High Court” with a new terminology, “President of the Business and Property Division”. Clause 18 and schedule 3 make a range of changes to the current provisions for senior judicial leadership of the tribunals to unify tribunals and courts in England and Wales under the leadership of the Lady Chief Justice and reform the role of the Senior President of Tribunals.
