This amendment is intended to clarify that in new s.100A(6)(a) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (matters on the basis of which jury may not properly find complaint was false), the reference to a previously alleged sexual offence not having been reported as soon as reasonably practicable includes its not having been reported at all.
