Courts and Tribunals BillContribution
This amendment would have the effect that, where a person abandons an application for permission to appeal against a decision of a magistrates’ court, the court is able to take steps to enforce its decision, and may order the person to pay any costs incurred by the other party to the application.
About Hansard
Hansard is the official verbatim record of proceedings in the UK Parliament. Every word spoken in the Commons and Lords is recorded and published — this page is a single contribution from that record.
