This amendment, amendment 43 and amendment 44 are consequential on the renaming of the Chancery Division, and the resultant renaming of the head of that division as “President of the Business and Property Division”, by the Senior Courts (Transfer, Amendment and Consequential Provision) Order 2026 (S.I. 2026/723).
