English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill

Amendment 135 relates to the growth and skills levy. It would better align the levy with local needs by considering whether elements of the levy should be devolved to strategic authorities in order to support the delivery of local growth plans. This could unlock massive benefits, ensuring that the levy and the plans are aligned.
