Northern Ireland Troubles Bill

Contribution

We have a number of veterans who served on Operation Banner with us in the Gallery this afternoon. I wish to pay tribute to them and all their comrades, including the more than 700 who were murdered and the many thousands who suffered life-changing injuries in attempting to uphold the rule of law in incredibly difficult circumstances. Thank you, gentlemen, for your service.
