Northern Ireland Troubles Bill

My position is simple: those who commit crimes in uniform should face justice, bereaved families deserve the truth, and those who have already been investigated deserve finality. Those aims do not conflict, and a fair system delivers all three. Amendment 103, in the name of my hon. Friend the Member for Wimbledon, would help to deliver that system.
