After the Bill passes, we will practise how it works, and veterans should be reassured that even though the protections are in place, the Government will look again after a number of years to check if they are working properly. I would like the Secretary of State to address what would happen if the review finds that the protections are not working as we intended. If additional investigations happen in a way that we would not like, what would the Department’s reaction be?
