I am conscious that there is one more to speak in the debate, and I want to ensure that they have time to do so. I mentioned innocence earlier, and I mentioned Raymond McCord in an intervention, but I want to place this on record again. Raymond McCord’s son, Raymond, was murdered by the UVF in the Shankill Road in Belfast. Again, no accountability. He has fought a campaign since his son was murdered on 9 November 1997, and he seeks justice. There are many others like him across the Province of Northern Ireland.
