New clause 54 reflects the recommendations of the report from the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee and seeks to ensure transparency and accountability in the implementation of the reconciliation and memorialisation provisions carried forward from the 2023 Act. I hope the Secretary of State will engage with that when he winds up the debate.
