I am pleased that the Bill will reform the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery, to make it legally robust and build real and meaningful confidence. New clause 49 requires a joined-up approach between the Directors of Public Prosecutions in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales, ensuring a consistent, rigorous approach, and it has my support.
