Amendment 20 would replicate what happens in England and have in the inquest system that point whereby if the coroner thinks there may be something of criminal liability, he stops the inquest and refers it to the proper authorities. Why would we not do that in respect of these inquests? I say to the Government that there is merit in considering that.
