Northern Ireland Troubles Bill

There are things on which we disagree, one of which relates to the Omagh inquiry. I note the points made by that the right hon. Member for Belfast East (Gavin Robinson). We decided yesterday—as you know, Ms Nokes, it is impossible for the House to decide twice on the same subject in a single Session—the matter of the date in the Bill. There is a public inquiry into the Omagh bombing. Its terms of reference specifically include the following:
