Northern Ireland Troubles Bill

This section, to be inserted in the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959, requires (a) the Secretary of State to be notified of a decision to contact, for the purposes of a resumed inquest, a person who was a member of the armed forces during the Troubles and (b) the Secretary of State to take steps to make that person aware that they will be contacted.
